Research Paper

Cover Letter A cover letter is required only if the manuscript exceeds 20 authors, in which case a letter to the Editor-in-Chief justifying each author's role must accompany the submission. If the manuscript exceeds 20 authors, the accompanying letter must justify the role of each author.
Abstract Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 3000 words, excluding the abstract, references, tables, and figure captions. Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with the last paragraph of the introduction stating the study question or questions and the discussion beginning with a brief summary of the results and how they answer those questions. The submission must include 1 to 5 English keywords, and highlights must be provided as a separate editable file containing 3 to 5 bullet points of no more than 85 characters each.
References Reference list must not exceed 50 references. References must use a numbered style with citations in square brackets. References must be numbered in the order cited in the text, list the first 6 authors followed by "et al." when there are more than 6 authors, and use abbreviated journal names.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables must not exceed 8 combined. Figures must be supplied as separate files, while tables must be submitted as editable text. All figures and tables must be cited in the text, numbered in order of appearance, and provided with captions.
