Review Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract An abstract must be submitted. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Main text must not exceed 5000 words. Main text must contain Introduction, Clinical and Research Consequences, and Conclusion sections. The manuscript must include 3 to 5 main points and 3 to 6 MeSH keywords at the end of the abstract, and any use of AI or AI-assisted tools in writing must be disclosed in a Declaration Regarding the Use of AI and AI-Assisted Technologies stating the tool used and how it was used.
References References and in-text citations must follow AMA Manual of Style, 11th Edition. References must be numbered consecutively in order of citation, cited in superscript after punctuation, use Index Medicus/MEDLINE/PubMed journal abbreviations, include DOI for ahead-of-print articles, list all authors when there are 6 or fewer, and list the first 3 authors followed by et al when there are 7 or more.
Figures & Tables Tables must be included in the main document after the reference list, whereas figures must be submitted as separate files and figure legends must be listed at the end of the main document. Tables must be numbered consecutively and given a descriptive title above with abbreviations defined in footnotes, and figures must be blinded with any identifying information removed.
