An abstract is required. Abstracts must not exceed 350 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must use the headings background, methods, results, and conclusion.
Manuscript
Manuscripts should normally not exceed 3000 words excluding abstract, tables, figures, and references. The manuscript must contain abstract, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions, and original research reports must clearly state the specific hypothesis or research question and aim of study at the end of the Introduction section. Any use of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content tools to develop any portion of the manuscript must be described transparently and in detail in the Methods or Acknowledgements section.

Clinical Practice Guideline manuscripts must include an outline of the clinical research question, PICOs, a systematic literature search, effect estimates for each patient-important outcome, evidence quality assessment and recommendations using GRADE or an equivalent system, and summary of findings tables. Clinical Practice Guideline submissions must include before the title page a page with the phrases 'What other guideline statements are available on this topic?', 'Why was this guideline developed?', 'How does this statement differ from existing guidelines?', and 'Why does this statement differ from existing guidelines?' each followed by a brief comment.
