Original Research Papers

Cover Letter A cover letter is required as a separate supplementary file. Cover letter must state that the work has not been published elsewhere or submitted to another journal, briefly explain the manuscript’s scientific outcome and significance, and describe its alignment with the journal’s scope.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Background and Purpose, Experimental Approach, Key Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Main text must follow the format Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References, Figures, and Legends. Manuscript must include up to 6 keywords, a running title of no more than five words, Acknowledgements, Funding, Author Contributions, and a Data Availability Statement.
References References must be numbered sequentially in the order cited. In-text citation numbers must appear in square brackets before punctuation, and the reference list must present the corresponding numbered entries in square brackets ending with a full stop.
Figures & Tables Tables and illustrations must be inserted into the main text. Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals and provided with precise captions or table titles.
