Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract must be 250 words.
Manuscript Main text must be 3,500 words excluding the abstract and references. Main text must begin with an Introduction and end with an Outlook section, and it may be organized by subheadings. Manuscript must include up to five keywords.
References Reference list should include 40 to 80 references. References may be submitted in any consistent style, but if formatted they should use AMA style. If formatted, references must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance with in-text citations as Arabic superscript numerals.
Figures & Tables Manuscript may be submitted as a single file including figures and tables or as separate files. Figures and tables must have legends.

Manuscript must include up to five keywords and a brief third-person biosketch of 250 words or less for each author.
References Review Articles should include 70 or more references. AMA style should be used if references are formatted. If references are formatted, they should be numbered consecutively in order of appearance and cited in the text using Arabic superscript numerals.
Figures & Tables Manuscript may be submitted as a single file including figures and tables or as separate files, although figures should be supplied as separate files. Figures and tables must have legends.
