It publishes research on molecular mechanisms of cancer development, with emphasis on innovative cancer treatment including molecular targeted therapy and immunotherapy based on genomic abnormalities of individual cancers and the tumor microenvironment.

Original Article

Cover Letter A covering letter must be attached to the submission. Cover letter must state that the manuscript is submitted for consideration, quantify each author's contribution, confirm all authors meet authorship criteria and agree with the manuscript, provide corresponding author contact details, include a concise paragraph on salient and novel findings, specify one subject category, state any prior brief abstract presentation, disclose whether reproduced tables or figures are included or write n/a, and explain any unavoidable word-count excess.
Abstract Original Article manuscripts must include an abstract. Abstract must be no more than 250 words. Abstract structure is not explicitly specified. Abstract must state the purpose, basic procedures, main findings, and principal conclusions of the study.
Manuscript Original Article manuscripts may be up to 5000 words excluding references, with the title page, abstract or summary, and figure legends included in the word count. Manuscript must follow the structure Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, and Discussion. Manuscript must include an author contributions section, five MeSH key words below the abstract in alphabetical order, a summary of no more than 250 words, and transparent disclosure of any AI tool use in the Methods or Acknowledgements section.
References References must follow Vancouver style. References must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance, cited in the text with Arabic superscript numerals, and use journal title abbreviations conforming to Chemical Abstracts practice.
Figures & Tables The number of tables and figures is not limited for Original Article manuscripts. Figures and tables must be uploaded separately. Each figure must have an accompanying legend, and reproduced figures or tables must carry appropriate credit in the legend.

Review Article

Cover Letter A covering letter must be attached to the submission. The covering letter must state that the paper is submitted for consideration, has not been published or submitted elsewhere except as a brief abstract if applicable, quantify each author's contribution, confirm all authors contributed significantly and agree with the manuscript, provide corresponding author contact details, include a concise paragraph of salient and novel findings, specify one subject category, explain any unavoidable word-count excess, and state whether reproduced tables or figures are included or write n/a.
Abstract Review Article manuscripts must include an abstract. The abstract must be no more than 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Review Article manuscripts must be 4000-5000 words, and the word count includes the title page, abstract, references, and figure legends. The manuscript text must use the subheadings Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion. The manuscript must include five MeSH keywords below the abstract in alphabetical order, a Conflict of Interest statement, and transparent AI-use disclosure in the Methods or Acknowledgements section if AI was used.
References Review Article manuscripts may include up to 80 references. References must follow Vancouver style. References must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance and cited in the text with Arabic superscript numerals, with journal title abbreviations conforming to Chemical Abstracts practice.
Figures & Tables Review Article manuscripts may include 4-6 tables or figures in total. Figures and tables must be uploaded separately. Figure legends must be provided in a separate section after the references, and figures and tables must be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals.
