Its scope includes etiology, epidemiology, genetics, pathogenesis, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis across clinical specialties affected by amyloid diseases and related disorders. The journal publishes research articles, letters to the Editor, review articles, and article commentaries, with commentaries typically by invitation.

Manuscript The manuscript must be no more than 4000 words excluding tables, references, and figure or table captions. The manuscript must be ordered as Title, Authors with affiliations, Abbreviations, Structured abstract, Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgments, Disclosure statement, and Funding. The manuscript must include 5 to 7 keywords and must acknowledge any use of AI in the paper.
