Manuscript
The primary hypothesis should be clearly outlined and conclusions should relate mostly to this outcome, with secondary and subgroup outcomes treated as supportive or hypothesis generating. The manuscript must state the trial registration number and include a power calculation for all primary outcomes specifying the minimum clinically important effect size used to estimate the required sample size.
