Anaesthesia Reports publishes original, peer-reviewed articles, reviews, case reports, media content, and associated papers on all aspects of anaesthesia, peri-operative medicine, critical care and pain medicine. The journal is aimed at consultants, SAS doctors, and doctors-in-training and international equivalents involved in peri-operative care, pain therapy and intensive care medicine, and members of the multi-professional team working in those areas. It is an official journal of the Association of Anaesthetists.

Manuscript
Manuscript must be 3000–4000 words including the summary but excluding references, acknowledgements, tables, figures, captions, and titles. Manuscript must include 3–5 MeSH keywords on the title page and statements of funding obtained and potential competing interests at the end of the manuscript.
References
Original Articles typically contain up to 30–40 references. References must use Vancouver style. References must be numbered sequentially in the text and listed at the end in the order cited, with all authors listed unless there are seven or more authors, in which case the first three should be followed by ', et al.'.
Figures & Tables
A maximum of one table and one figure is permitted, although a figure may contain multiple labeled panels. The table must be included in the same file as the text after the references, while figures must be uploaded as separate files.
