Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal on human and clinical nutrition that publishes research on human nutrition, metabolism, and related fields, including observational and intervention studies, basic science relevant to human nutrition, foods, diets, dietary supplements, nutrigenomics, energy metabolism, macro- and micronutrients, obesity, clinical nutrition, social sciences, health economy, and nutrition policy. Cover letter is required. Cover letter must describe the knowledge gap addressed, the research implications and significance, how the manuscript fits the journal scope, and the manuscript’s unique contribution, and it should name any relevant special issue or article collection invitation.
