Archivos de Bronconeumología is an international monthly journal in English covering respiratory medicine, including epidemiology, respiratory physiology, pathophysiology of respiratory diseases, clinical management, thoracic surgery, pediatric lung diseases, respiratory critical care, respiratory allergy, and translational research. It publishes original studies, editorials, reviews, and letters, is peer reviewed, and is the voice of SEPAR, ALAT, and AIACT.

Cover Letter
A cover letter is required. Cover letter must request publication, include the manuscript title and target section, explain the manuscript's novelty or contribution, make the original nature of the contents explicitly clear, declare Open Access fee agreement or copyright transfer, and confirm originality, author approval, and exclusive submission.
Abstract
An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must contain the headings Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript
Manuscript must not exceed 3000 words. Manuscript must be organized into Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion, with the Discussion ending in a final paragraph of conclusions. Manuscript must include 3 to 6 keywords after the abstract and disclose whether any material was produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools.
References
Manuscript may include up to 40 references. References must be cited in the text as superscript numbers, and each in-text citation must correspond to a reference list entry and vice versa.
Figures & Tables
Manuscript may include up to 6 figures and 6 tables. Figure captions must be supplied separately rather than attached to the figure. Figures must be cited in numerical order and tables must be submitted as editable text, numbered consecutively, and accompanied by notes placed below the table body.
