Review Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. The cover letter must explain why the work is novel and important and why it should be published in Clinical and Translational Allergy.
Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract must be 200 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript The manuscript should be organized with a short informative title, a short running title, full author names, institutional affiliations, acknowledgments, abstract and keywords, main text, references, tables, figure legends, and appendices if relevant. Up to five keywords must be provided in alphabetical order, the title must be informative and under 120 characters, and a word count must be included.
References Up to 200 references are allowed. Journal style. References must be numbered in the order they appear in the text and cited with superscript Arabic numerals in the text, tables, and legends.
Figures & Tables Up to 10 figures and/or tables in total are allowed. Figures must be supplied as separate files and tables should be supplied as editable files at the end of the manuscript text after the references. Figures and tables should be self-contained, figures and legends should be understandable without the text, tables should not duplicate text or be pasted as images, abbreviations in tables must be defined in footnotes, and only generally accepted abbreviations and symbols should be used.

Original Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. The cover letter must explain why the work is novel and important, why it should be published in Clinical and Translational Allergy, and any reasons for increased length, figure number, table number, or reference number.
Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract must be 250 words. The abstract must be structured.
Manuscript The manuscript should use informative subtitles in subsections of the results section. The submission must include a short title of less than 50 characters, up to five keywords in alphabetical order, and word counts.
References References must be numbered in the order they appear in the text, and citations in text, tables, and legends must use superscript Arabic numerals.
Figures & Tables Original Articles may include up to 6 figures and/or tables in total. Figures must be supplied as separate files and tables should be supplied as editable files at the end of the manuscript text after the references. Figures and their legends must be understandable without reference to the text, tables must be self-contained and not duplicate text, and all abbreviations in tables must be defined in footnotes.

References Up to 100 references are allowed, with justification required for more than 100. The journal's style. References must be numbered in order of appearance in the text, and citations in text, tables, and legends must use superscript Arabic numerals.
Figures & Tables Up to 10 figures and/or tables in total are allowed. Figures, tables, supporting information, and figures must be supplied as separate files. Figures and tables should be numbered in order of appearance, figures and legends must be understandable without reference to the text, and tables must be self-contained and not duplicate the text.
