Cover Letter Cover letter is required. Cover letter must explain the manuscript's novel contribution, describe what is already known on the topic, and justify any study sample size smaller than 20 patients with complete observations.
Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract may be structured or unstructured.
Manuscript Main body must be formatted as introduction, materials & methods, results, discussion, conclusion, and Original Articles with more procedures than participants must include a Materials & methods subheading entitled "handling of correlated data." Manuscript must include a summary box of no more than 100 words after the title page and before the abstract, with headers for what is known on the topic and what the submitted study adds, plus up to seven keywords.
References References must follow AMA style.
Figures & Tables Tables must be included in the main document file, while figures must be supplied as separate files. Figure legends must be provided beneath each uploaded image and also as a complete list in the text.
