Review Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract requirements are not specified.
Manuscript Review Articles typically should be 4000–6000 words in length, including the title page, key points, text, references, and figure legends but excluding tables, boxes, and figures. Review Articles should follow the specific template provided for each article. Manuscripts must include a one-paragraph synopsis of 100 words or fewer, 3–8 keywords, 3–5 key points, and a disclosure of any AI or AI-assisted technologies used in the writing process.
References References must use AMA style. References must be ordered numerically within the text.
Figures & Tables Figures must be submitted as separate files in the Figures tab in EMSS and must not be embedded in MS Word documents. Figures, tables, and boxes must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text, with a legend required for every figure and a title required for every table and box.
