Contact Dermatitis

Contact Dermatitis is a dermatology journal primarily for clinicians with a focus on allergic and irritant (toxic) types of contact dermatitis, occupational (industrial) dermatitis and consumers’ dermatitis. It welcomes papers on clinical observations, diagnosis, therapeutic measures, legislation, preventive measures and educational advice relating to cutaneous allergy. A major section is devoted to Contact Point.

Original Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A structured abstract is required for Original Articles. The abstract must be no more than 200 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must use the headings Background, Objectives, Patients/Materials/Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Original Articles should normally not exceed 8 printed pages, which is approximately 5,600 words. The main text file must include 3 to 8 keywords, acknowledgments, references, tables, and figure legends.
References References should follow AMA Manual of Style. References must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance with in-text citations as consecutive Arabic superscript numerals, and the reference list must include up to 6 authors or the first 3 followed by "et al" if there are more than 6 authors.
Figures & Tables Figures must be supplied as separate files, while tables may be included in the main text or supplied as editable separate files. Figures and tables must have concise, comprehensive legends, and tables must be editable rather than pasted as images.
