Review Articles

Cover Letter A signed copyright letter must be submitted with the manuscript.
Abstract A structured abstract is required for Review Articles. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured.
Manuscript Review Articles must be 6000-10000 words, excluding figures, structures, photographs, schemes, and tables. Review Articles must be divided into a title page, abstract, and main text, followed by List of Abbreviations, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgements, and References. Review Articles must include a Graphical Abstract, Keywords, Conclusion, List of Abbreviations, Consent for Publication, Availability of Data and Materials, Funding, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgements, References, Appendices, Figures/Illustrations, Chemical Structures, Tables, and Supportive/Supplementary Material.
References Review Articles must contain 100 or more references. References should preferably be in ACS or Vancouver style. Reference numbers must be given in square brackets in the text.
Figures & Tables There is no restriction on the number of figures, tables, or additional files that can be included with each article online. Figures and tables must be embedded in the text, although figures and illustrations must also be provided as separate electronic files for online submission. Figures must be numbered consecutively in the order of appearance, and tables must be numbered in Arabic numerals sequentially in order of citation.

Mini-Reviews

Registered systematic reviews must include the registration number as the last line of the abstract, and the manuscript must include an Authors' Contribution paragraph, a CRediT author statement, conflict of interest and funding declarations, and disclosure of any significant AI tool use.
References Systematic Reviews must contain 100 or more references. References must be submitted preferably in ACS or Vancouver style.
