Current Research in Translational Medicine is a peer-reviewed electronic journal publishing worldwide clinical and basic research in hematology, immunology, hematopoietic cell transplantation, cellular and gene therapy, RNA biology including vaccines and related research, and artificial intelligence in medicine and bioinformatics. It publishes 4 issues per year and considers editorials, original articles, state-of-the-art articles, reviews, short reports, clinical images, and letters to the editors.

Abstract
A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must briefly state the purpose of the research, principal results, and major conclusions.
Manuscript
Manuscript is limited to 4,000 words excluding the abstract, tables, and figures. Manuscript must follow the format Introduction, Patients (or materials) and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords, article highlights consisting of 3 to 5 bullet points submitted as a separate editable file, and disclosure of any generative AI-created images in each image caption and in the general Generative AI disclosure statement.
References
References must be cited by number in square brackets. References must be numbered in the order of first appearance in the text, and for works with more than 6 authors, the first 6 authors must be listed followed by 'et al.'.
Figures & Tables
Tables must be placed next to the relevant text or on separate pages at the end of the article, while figures must be supplied as separate files. Tables must be submitted as editable text with captions, and all figures and tables must be cited and numbered consecutively in the manuscript.

Clinical Image descriptive text must present a brief introduction followed by relevant clinical information including important features and conditions, then follow-up, and a conclusion. Clinical Images must be high resolution at a minimum of 300 dpi, supplied in PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PSD, PNG, TIF, or TIFF format, and if more than one figure is included they must be labeled figure 1 and figure 2.
