Dermatitis is an invitation-only journal. Submissions are accepted by invitation from the editorial board only. The following article types are accepted:

Reviews

Cover Letter Any third-party writing or editing assistance and any submission made on behalf of the authors by a non-author must be stated in the covering letter.
Abstract An abstract is required for Reviews. The abstract must be unstructured and less than 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript The manuscript must not exceed 5000 words excluding references. The manuscript must include a capsule summary of 2 or 3 bullet points summarizing the major points of the article, at least 4 keywords after the abstract, an Author Contributions heading after the Acknowledgements section, and a Statements and Declarations section with the required declaration subheadings.
References References must follow AMA Manual of Style, 9th edition. In-text citations must use consecutively numbered superscript arabic numerals, the reference list must be ordered by citation sequence, and et al must be used after naming only 3 authors.
Figures & Tables Figures, charts, and tables created in Word should be included in the main text, while figures and other files created outside Word must be submitted separately with a placeholder note in the text. Figures must be numbered consecutively and include a number and title, and tables must be labeled as tables with a number and title and created as text-based tables rather than images.

Studies
