Original Article
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required. Cover letter must confirm all authors approved submission, all qualifying authors are included and meet authorship criteria, contributors and funding have been properly acknowledged with their approval, describe each author's contribution, state whether each author had complete access to the supporting study data, and declare the exact role of any AI tools used.
Abstract
A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract headings must be Aim, Method, Results, and Interpretation.
Manuscript
Main text must not exceed 3000 words excluding references. Manuscript must include an introductory section not headed 'Introduction' followed by Method, Results, and Discussion, with the Discussion including study limitations. Manuscript must include a 'What this paper adds' section after the abstract with up to 5 bullet points of no more than 12 words each, a short section on involvement of people with lived experience or why they were not involved, a graphical abstract, a declaration in the paper of any AI tool use, and for Method the study design and pre-established protocol followed.
References
References must not exceed 30. References must use Vancouver style.
Figures & Tables
Figures must be submitted as separate files, and tables, figure legends, and short appendices must be placed on separate pages at the end of the main document after the references. A graphical abstract is required, and one figure must be designated for the online table of contents alongside the abstract.

A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract headings must be Aim, Method, Results, and Interpretation.
Manuscript
Manuscript must include a Methods section stating the pre-established protocol followed, a separate research question heading specifying the primary and any secondary outcomes, the type of systematic review in the abstract and Methods section, a 'What this paper adds' section after the abstract, and a short section on involvement of people with lived experience or why they were not involved. Manuscript must include up to 5 'What this paper adds' bullet points of no more than 12 words each containing only new results, a graphical abstract, a figure for the online table of contents, an online table of contents summary of no more than 80 words or 3 sentences, and a declaration in the paper of any AI tools used.
References
References must use Vancouver style.
Figures & Tables
Figures must be submitted as separate files, and tables, figure legends, and short appendices must be placed on separate pages at the end of the main document after the references. A caption must be supplied for each figure, all figure captions must be listed at the end of the main document, figures must be numbered in order in the text, and the table of contents image must be fully legible at 50 mm x 60 mm.

Manuscript
Text must not exceed 3000 words excluding references. Clinical practice guidelines should follow established development standards such as those from the Institute of Medicine or the Guidelines International Network and include key stakeholder groups, including patient organisations where appropriate. Manuscript must include a 'What this paper adds' section of up to 5 bullet points with each bullet no more than 12 words and containing only new results, and any AI tool use must also be declared in the paper.

An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 150 words. Abstract must be unstructured and non-structured without headings. Abstract must cover the aims, method, results, and conclusions of the study.
Manuscript
Text must not exceed 1500 words excluding references. Manuscript must comprise an introductory section followed by a Case Report section and a Discussion section. Manuscript must include a 'What this paper adds' section of up to 2 bullet points with no more than 12 words per bullet containing only new results offered by the paper, and if AI tools were used their exact role must also be stated in the paper.
