Review Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. The cover letter must state that the authors wish the manuscript to be evaluated for publication and must list the paper title and all authors.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured in complete sentences.
Manuscript Review Articles generally range from 6,000 to 25,000 words in length. Review Articles must present a critical and inclusive review of previous findings and provide an analytical interpretation of the significance of newly published information. The manuscript must include three to seven single-sentence bulleted essential points, no more than six keywords, and an acknowledgment disclosure of any artificial intelligence tool use.
References Review Articles typically cite from 50 to 400 references. References must follow AMA style. References must be cited in consecutive numerical order in parentheses and listed in the same numerical order at the end of the manuscript, with all authors listed for the initial submission.
Figures & Tables Tables and figures must be placed after the references and clearly labeled, although tables may alternatively be uploaded as separate files. Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially, legends must be provided separately after the references, and adapted or reproduced figures and tables are permitted for Review Articles.

Letter To The Editor

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. Cover letter must state that the authors wish the manuscript to be evaluated for publication in the journal and must list the title and all authors of the paper.
Abstract Abstract requirements are not specified.
Manuscript Letter To The Editor must be no more than 500 words in length. The title must follow the required Letter to the Editor format based on the number of authors and include the title of the original article being discussed. The manuscript must include three to seven single-sentence bulleted essential points and AI tool use must be disclosed in the acknowledgments if applicable.
References Letter To The Editor may include no more than eight references. References must use AMA style. References must be cited in consecutive numerical order in parentheses and listed in the same numerical order at the end of the manuscript, and unpublished work or data must not be cited.
Figures & Tables No figures or tables are allowed in Letters To The Editor.
