It focuses on the immunology and pathophysiology of the respiratory system and covers clinical and educational content including epidemiology, clinical trials, diagnostics, treatment guidelines, literature reviews, case presentations, letters to the editor, and expert opinions. The journal accepts original articles, short communications and reviews, and operates a double-anonymized peer review policy.

Manuscript should be organized as title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, declaration of interest statement, references, appendices as appropriate, tables with captions, figures, and figure captions. Manuscript must include a word count, 5 to 10 keywords, and a declaration of interest statement using the subheading “Disclosure of interest.”
References References may be in any consistent scholarly citation style or format. References must include author name(s), journal or book title, article or chapter title, year, volume and issue where appropriate, page numbers, and a corresponding in-text citation for every bibliographic entry.
