Current Opinion In Pulmonary Medicine is an invitation-only journal. Submissions are accepted by invitation from the editorial board only. The following article types are accepted:

Review

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Reviews must include a structured abstract. The abstract must be no longer than 200 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must use the headings Purpose of review, Recent findings, and Summary.
Manuscript Reviews must be approximately 2,500 words excluding references. Reviews must include an introduction, subdivided text with headings and titled paragraphs, and a short concluding paragraph. The manuscript must include 3–5 keywords, 3–5 one-sentence key bullet points after the main text, and separate acknowledgements, financial support and sponsorship, and conflicts of interest statements.
References At least 80% of the references must be from the review period and published within the past 12–18 months. References must use Vancouver style in numerical sequence. References must list the first three authors or all authors if there are four or fewer, and important references from the review period must be bulleted and annotated.
Figures & Tables Reviews are encouraged to include up to four additional elements in any combination of figures and tables. Figures and tables must not be embedded in the text and must be submitted as separate files. All figures and tables must be cited in the text, figures must have titles and legends, tables must have titles, and all illustrations must be labelled as figures.
