Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must include the headings Introduction, Areas covered, and Expert Opinion/Commentary in that order.
Manuscript Manuscript must include 5–8 keywords and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used, including the tool name and version, how and why it was used, or a statement that it was not used.
References References must follow the NLM reference guide. References of particular or considerable interest must be marked with one or two asterisks respectively and accompanied by a brief explanation, and review references must be relevant, fair, balanced, and not biased toward a particular group, organization, or journal.

Cover Letter A covering letter is required for Original Research submissions. The covering letter must include the corresponding author's full contact details, attest that the work is original and not under consideration elsewhere, confirm all authors approved the manuscript and met ICMJE conditions, state the ethics approval body, and disclose any financial or other declarable relationships or state that there are none.

References References should be prepared using the NLM reference guide. References must provide full cited details and those of particular or considerable interest should be marked with one or two asterisks respectively with a brief explanatory sentence.
