Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. Cover letter must include the corresponding author’s affiliation and contact information, explain the importance of the work and its suitability for the readership, confirm originality and exclusive submission, include any previous reviewer comments if applicable, and provide a Competing Interests statement.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be unstructured and no more than 200 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Main text must not exceed 4,000 words, excluding the abstract, tables/figures, and references. Methods section must provide enough detail to reproduce the experimental procedures and include references, and LLM use must be documented in the Methods section or another suitable section if no Methods section is available. A graphical abstract, an Author Contributions statement, competing interests information, and one to four unique subject terms must be included.
References References may not exceed 80. References must follow Vancouver format. In-text citations must be numbered consecutively from 1, the reference list must be double-spaced and ordered numerically by citation, references with up to six authors must list all authors, and references with more than six authors must list the first six followed by et al.
Figures & Tables Articles may include a maximum of 8 tables or figures. Figures must be uploaded as separate files rather than embedded in the text, and each table must be uploaded as a separate file. Composite figures containing more than three individual figures count as two figures, figure legends must be provided on a separate manuscript page after the references, and tables must be editable.

Review Article
