Review Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A structured abstract is required for review articles. The abstract must be 200 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must state the review’s primary objective, the reasoning behind the choice of review, the main outcomes and results, and the conclusions including implications for further research, application, or practice.
Manuscript The paper should be no more than 4000 words. Review articles are usually structured to provide a summary of existing literature, analysis, and comparison. The manuscript must include a word count, 5 to 10 keywords, a disclosure statement under the subheading “Disclosure of interest,” and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI has been used in the research and manuscript preparation process.
References References must be cited in the text using superscripted digits and numbered consecutively in the reference list in order of first citation, with entries including the required bibliographic details and using the first three authors followed by “et al.” when there are more than six authors.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables can be placed within the text or submitted as separate documents. Tables must be editable and interpretable without reference to the text.
