Original Clinical

Cover Letter Cover letter is required. Cover letter must explain what is new and important, mention previous relevant or similar material, confirm originality and that the manuscript is not under evaluation elsewhere, state that all authors approved the final manuscript and are responsible for its contents, and disclose any conflicts of interest including stating if there are none.
Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must be 250 words or fewer. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must be divided into Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 5,000 words including title page, keywords, abstract, main text, references, acknowledgments, funding, tables, and figure legends. Manuscript should be divided into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions. Manuscript must include 5-10 relevant keywords after the abstract, a table of abbreviations and acronyms in alphabetical order after the keywords, no more than 10 abbreviations, and an AI-use declaration in a new section before the references if generative AI was used in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited as consecutive superscript Arabic numerals in the text and numbered in the reference list in order of appearance, with more than 6 authors shortened to the first 3 followed by et al. and journal abbreviations following Index Medicus style.
Figures & Tables Each illustration must be submitted as a separate file, while figure legends must be included in the manuscript file after the references and tables. Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively in the order cited in the text, and each table must appear on a separate page with a title, description, and footnotes.
