Regular Full-Length Papers

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract must be no more than 250 words. Abstract must be a single paragraph.
Manuscript Manuscript must be 10 pages or less, not counting references. Manuscript must display on the first page the date the article was initially received and the date the finalized form was received from the authors for publication. Manuscript must not include author bios or author photos, and any AI-generated intellectual content and the AI system used must be identified in the article.
References References must be cited by numerals in square brackets in IEEE format. References must appear in a separate section at the end of the text body, list author initials before surnames, use all author names unless there are more than six authors, and not combine multiple references into one entry.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables should be interspersed within the paper, although figures may alternatively be placed at the end of the article and high-resolution figures may be uploaded separately if needed. Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially, each must have a caption intelligible without referring to the text, figure captions must appear below figures, and table headings must appear above tables.
