Journal of Endocrinological Investigation is a comprehensive electronic journal established in 1978 and the official journal of the Italian Society of Endocrinology (SIE). It covers all fields of endocrinology and metabolism, including neuroendocrinology, thyroid, parathyroids, adrenal glands, andrology, gynecological endocrinology, obesity, diabetes, and pediatric and geriatric endocrinology. It publishes clinical, translational, and basic original studies, along with opinions, commentaries, reviews, guidelines, and position statements.

Manuscript
Manuscript should be preferably no more than 4500 words, excluding the abstract, references, figure legends, and table captions. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, a Declarations section before the reference list, and documentation of any Large Language Model use in the Methods section or another suitable section.
References
