Systematic Reviews

Cover Letter If writing or editing assistance from a third party was used or the submission was made by a non-author on behalf of the authors, this must be stated in the covering letter.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 250 words excluding references.
Manuscript Manuscript must be no longer than 5,000 words excluding references. Manuscript should use the following structure: Background, Methods where appropriate, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Manuscript must include at least 4 keywords and include a declaration of generative AI in scientific writing on the front page.
References References must use the Harvard system of referencing. Every in-text citation must have a corresponding reference list entry and vice versa, with identical spelling and year in corresponding citations.
Figures & Tables Figures and images must be uploaded, and additional materials or large tables or figures may be included as online supplementary material if marked as such at submission. Figures must be numbered consecutively in the order in which they appear in the text.
