Research Articles

Abstract Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured and presented as a single paragraph.
Manuscript There are no formal length restrictions, but the manuscript should be as concise as possible and include only essential data. Manuscript should use a standard structure and include a separate discussion section. Include 3–5 keywords, a brief summary sentence after the abstract, a Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure on the title page, acknowledgments and funding information before the references, an authorship contribution statement before the references, and any AI-use disclosure in the Methods or Acknowledgements section.
References References must follow CSE sequential style. References must be numbered consecutively in order of first citation, listed on a new page at the end of the manuscript, include all authors and inclusive pages, use superscript numbers in text, and list the first author followed by et al. when there are more than 5 authors.
Figures & Tables No formal figure or table count limit is stated, but only essential data should be shown. For first submission, figures and tables may be included in a single PDF with the manuscript, while tables must be placed at the end of the main text and each figure must be submitted as an individual file, with the featured image uploaded separately. A featured image is required in TIFF format at 5.5 inches square and 300 dpi, tables must be numbered and cited in the text, and figure titles and legends must appear at the end of the manuscript file after the references.
