Manuscript The manuscript must include a disclosure statement under the subheading “Disclosure of interest,” funding information including funder names and grant numbers where applicable, and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used or stating that it was not used.
References References must use X Harvard reference style. Research Articles must cite relevant, timely, and verified literature, peer-reviewed where appropriate, to support any claims made in the article.
Figures & Tables Figures must be saved separately from the text.

Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract must be 150 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript The manuscript must not exceed 12,000 words inclusive of tables, references, and figure or table captions. The manuscript must be ordered as title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, declaration of interest statement, references, appendices as appropriate, tables with captions on individual pages, figures, and a list of figure captions. The manuscript must include 5 to 10 keywords, a declaration of interest statement, and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used in the research and manuscript preparation process.
References References must use X Harvard reference style. References in Reviews must be relevant and provide a fair and balanced overview of the current state of research or scholarly work without unfair bias toward a particular research group, organization, or journal.
Figures & Tables Figures must be saved separately from the text, and tables with captions must appear on individual pages in the manuscript. Tables must be supplied as editable files.
