The Journal of Tissue Viability is the official publication of the Society of Tissue Viability and is a quarterly journal concerned with all aspects of the occurrence and treatment of wounds, ulcers and pressure sores, including patient care, pain, nutrition, wound healing, research, prevention, mobility, social problems and management. It particularly encourages papers covering skin and skin wounds, considers articles discussing injury in any tissue, and especially welcomes work stressing the multi-professional nature of tissue viability.

Abstract Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Clinical Studies must be 1500-3000 words. Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections and should include an introduction, methods, and conclusion section. Manuscript must include 1 to 6 keywords, article highlights of 3 to 5 bullet points submitted as a separate editable Word file, and a generative AI disclosure section before the references if AI tools were used in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited by number in square brackets and listed in numerical order of appearance, with more than 6 authors shortened to the first 6 followed by 'et al.'.
Figures & Tables Tables must be included in the anonymized manuscript, while figures and other artwork must be supplied as separate files. Tables must be submitted as editable text with captions, and all figures and tables must be cited in the manuscript text and numbered consecutively in order of appearance.
