Covered areas include dietary factors and health, disease prevention, food technology and formulation, omics, food components, nutrient sources and intake, food authentication and quality, nanotechnology, functional properties of foods, analytical and research methods, bioavailability, food safety and toxicology, food and nutrition security, and sustainability of food production.

Full-Length Research Articles

Cover Letter All authors must approve the submission.
Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must be structured using appropriate headings. Abstract should state the context or background, purpose, basic procedures, main findings, and principal conclusions.
Manuscript Article must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections. Manuscript must include up to 6 keywords after the abstract, and highlights may be provided as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points of no more than 85 characters each.
References References must be cited in the text by number in square brackets. References may be in any consistent style at submission, and the reference list must be numbered in the order of first appearance in the text.
Figures & Tables Each illustration must be submitted as a separate file, while tables may be placed next to the relevant text in the article or on separate pages at the end. Figures must include captions and be numbered according to their sequence in the text, and tables must be submitted as editable text and numbered consecutively in the order cited.
