Performance Enhancement & Health is a multidisciplinary, international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes research on the enhancement of human functioning and health, with a biopsychosocial approach to health and coverage of physical, mental, and social aspects of health. The journal welcomes English-language research on performance enhancement, drug use and policy, sport and exercise, athletes' health and wellbeing, body image, workplace and school performance, quality of life, aging, fatigue, injury prevention, and self-regulation.

Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript The manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections. Provide 1 to 7 English keywords, submit article highlights as 3 to 5 bullet points, place acknowledgements in a separate section before the reference list, and declare the use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation.
References References cited in the article must appear in the reference list, and every reference in the list must be cited in the article.
Figures & Tables Tables must be submitted as editable text and figures, images, diagrams, and other graphical media must be supplied as separate files. All tables, figures, images, and supplementary files must be cited in the manuscript text, tables must be numbered consecutively and include captions with notes below the table body, and each image must be submitted as a separate file using a logical naming convention.
