Original Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract is required for Original Articles. Abstract must be structured and no longer than 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must be divided into Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Manuscript must be presented in the following order: title page, abstract, key words, text, acknowledgments, disclosures, references, tables, figures and figure legends, and supporting information. Manuscript must include five key words below the abstract in alphabetical order, a Disclosure Statement between the Acknowledgements and References sections, and an AI use disclosure if AI was used to substantially edit, develop, or translate the manuscript.
References References must use Vancouver style. References must be numbered and listed in order of appearance, with all authors listed for works with 1 to 6 authors and the first 6 authors followed by et al. for works with more than 6 authors.
Figures & Tables Tables must appear after the references, figures must be supplied as separate files or in a single PDF, Word document, or LaTeX suite, and figure legends should be provided as a separate section in the manuscript after the references. Each table must include a title and footnotes and be cited in consecutive numerical order, and each figure must be numbered in Arabic numerals and accompanied by a self-explanatory legend.
