Submissions must be authentic, understandable, educational and clinically interesting to an international audience of respiratory physicians, trainees and researchers in all respiratory subspecialties, as well as clinicians in related fields.

Case Reports

Cover Letter All authors must approve the submission, and any use of generative AI in manuscript preparation must be declared in a statement placed at the end of the manuscript before the references list.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract should be unstructured.
Manuscript Manuscript should be divided into clearly defined sections with headings and include separate Acknowledgements and generative AI declaration sections before the references list. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords and a declaration of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in a new section before the references list if such tools were used.
References References must be cited in the text using numbered square brackets in the order of appearance. References may be submitted in any consistent style but must include core bibliographic details, and journal names must be abbreviated according to the List of Title Word Abbreviations.
Figures & Tables Tables must be placed next to the relevant text or on separate pages at the end of the article, while figures must be supplied as separate files. Tables must be editable text with captions and citations in the manuscript, and each figure must be cited, numbered in sequence, and provided with a caption.
