Structural Heart is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal and the official journal of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. It focuses on diagnosing and treating diseases of the heart valves, myocardium, great vessels, and congenital heart disease, with emphasis on the role of the heart team. Covered topics include transcatheter procedures, cardiovascular surgery, drug treatment, basic and translational science, imaging in structural heart disease, and innovation such as new devices, therapies, and first-in-humans studies.

Abstract
A structured abstract is required. The abstract must be 250 words. The abstract must be structured.
Manuscript
The manuscript must be no more than 5,000 words excluding the references. The article should be divided into clearly defined sections and contain the essential elements needed to convey the manuscript, such as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions. Highlights are mandatory and must be submitted as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points of no more than 85 characters each, and the manuscript must include a summary declaration of interest statement and a declaration of any generative AI use in manuscript preparation.
References
References in the text should be indicated by consecutive superscript Arabic numerals and the reference list should be numbered in order of appearance. References may be submitted in any consistent style or format but should include the available core bibliographic details and journal names should be abbreviated according to the List of Title Word Abbreviations.
Figures & Tables
Tables may be placed next to the relevant text in the article or on separate pages at the end, while figure captions must be supplied separately and not attached to the figure. Tables must be submitted as editable text rather than images, figures must be numbered according to their sequence in the text, and each illustration must have a caption.
