Title Page Provide a title that includes the study design when appropriate; list full names and institutional addresses for all authors; and identify the corresponding author. Collaboration groups may be named as authors, with individual members listed in the Acknowledgements for indexing. LLMs cannot be authors; any use of LLMs should be disclosed in the Methods.
Abstract An abstract of up to 350 words is required and must be structured as Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Trial registration (if applicable). Minimize abbreviations, avoid references, follow CONSORT for RCT abstracts, and include registry number/date or note 'retrospectively registered' if not registered prospectively.
Main Manuscript Headings Organize the manuscript with the following sections: Background; Methods (aim/design/setting; participants or materials; interventions/comparisons; generic drug names with proprietary names in parentheses; statistical analysis with power calculation if appropriate); Results; Discussion; Conclusions; and a List of abbreviations.
