Original Articles
Cover Letter

Abstract
required Abstract must not exceed 250 words. structured Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript
Original Articles are generally 4,000 to 5,000 words. The main article must include separate sections for Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
References
Original Articles should include 50 to 75 references, but may include a maximum of 50 references. AMA References must be cited consecutively as superscript numerals in the text and listed in numerical order at the end of the manuscript.
Figures & Tables
Original Articles may include up to 8 figures and up to 5 tables. Figures must be uploaded separately and tables must be provided as editable Word files. Figures must be numbered in order of first mention, all figures must be mentioned in sequence, and images, author identifiers, and blocked or blurred eyes are not accepted.
Review Articles
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required. If a preprint has been published, the cover letter must state that fact and identify where it is available.
Abstract
An abstract is required. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript
Review Articles are generally 4,000 to 5,000 words. The main text should cover anatomy, evaluation, technique options, outcomes, complications, and safety issues.
References
Review Articles may include a maximum of 65 references. AMA. References must be cited consecutively in the text as superscript numerals and listed in numerical order at the end of the text.
Figures & Tables
Review Articles may include approximately 15 to 20 figures and tables in total. Figures and tables must be uploaded separately rather than embedded in the manuscript file. Figures must be numbered in order of first mention, tables must be numbered in consecutive order, and images and tables must be provided as editable Word files or separate image files as applicable.

Manuscript
The manuscript should be 4,000 to 5,000 words. The main article must include separate sections for Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References. The manuscript must include a title page, and the submission must include at least a title page file and a manuscript file.
References
Shorter articles must not exceed 50 references. AMA References must be cited consecutively in the text as superscript numerals and listed in numerical order at the end of the text.
Figures & Tables
