Review Articles

Cover Letter A cover letter is required with the submission. Cover letter must briefly state the study aim and main findings, explain fit with the journal’s scope, emphasize novelty and broader implications, and exclude funding information, author declarations, and reviewer suggestions.
Abstract An abstract is required for Review Articles. Abstract must be unstructured and no more than 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Review Articles must not exceed 7,000 words including references. Review Articles must include Practice Points and a Research Agenda in the main manuscript at the end of the main text before the narrative Summary and References sections. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords, separate submission highlights of 3 to 5 items with a maximum of 85 characters each, and a generative AI disclosure statement before the references if such tools were used in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited as numbered references in square brackets in the order they appear in the text. References should be selective and prioritize high-quality evidence, and the reference list must consistently include author names, source title information, year, and volume and page or article number details where applicable.
Figures & Tables Tables must be placed next to the relevant text or on separate pages at the end of the article, while figures must be supplied as separate files. Tables must be editable text with captions and consecutive numbering, and all figures and tables must be cited in the manuscript text.
