Manuscript No more than three levels of displayed headings are allowed. The manuscript must include relevant literature citations, a disclosure statement, and a statement of responsibility specifying each author's contribution.

References Name-year citation style. Only works cited in the text and published or accepted for publication may be listed in the reference list.

Figures & Tables Tables must be numbered in Arabic numerals, cited in consecutive order, and include captions, while previously published table material must be identified by a source reference in the caption.
