Original Research

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must include the headings Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 4,000 words including the abstract but excluding references, tables, and figures. Manuscript should include Title Page, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgments with authors' contributions and data sharing plan, and References. Manuscript must include 5–10 keywords below the abstract and disclose any use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in the Methods or Acknowledgments section, identifying the specific tool and its purpose.
References Reference count is unlimited. References must be formatted in AMA style. References must be numbered consecutively in brackets in the order cited in the text, and the reference list must include all named authors.
Figures & Tables Original Research should ordinarily include no more than 8 figures. Tables may be included in the main body file after the References section, while figures must not be embedded in the main body file and must be uploaded as separate files. Figures and tables must be numbered and cited in sequence using Arabic numerals, table titles must appear above the table, and figure titles must appear below the figure and be no longer than 15 words.
