European Respiratory Journal is an invitation-only journal. Submissions are accepted by invitation from the editorial board only. The following article types are accepted:

Original Research Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 3000 words, excluding the abstract, references, tables, and figure captions. A take-home message of no more than 256 characters must be included.
References References must not exceed 40.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables must not exceed 8 in total. Figures and tables must be provided as separate files from the main body text file.
