An abstract is required. The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript
The manuscript must not exceed 4000 words excluding the cover letter, abstract, acknowledgements, references, tables, and figures. The manuscript must be divided into clearly defined sections using headings. The manuscript must state the primary objective and a clear a priori primary outcome measure, and it must include the required generative AI disclosure if applicable.
References
References must be cited by number in square brackets, appear in the reference list if cited in the text, appear in the text if listed, and be numbered in the order they appear in the text.
