Manuscript The manuscript must not exceed 4000 words excluding the cover letter, abstract, acknowledgements, references, tables, and figures. The manuscript must be divided into clearly defined sections using headings. The manuscript must state the primary objective and a clear a priori primary outcome measure, and it must include the required generative AI disclosure if applicable.
