International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition is a subscription-based, international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original articles and literature reviews on food sciences applied to human nutrition. It covers foods, dietary patterns, nutrition requirements, nutritional quality of foods, bioavailability and food-nutrient interactions, gut microbiome, metabolomics, diet and sustainability, and consumer behavior related to food and nutrition. The journal considers clinical trials, epidemiological studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses relevant to human health and uses single-anonymized peer review.

Manuscript Paper should be no more than 8000 words inclusive of tables, references, and figure or table captions. Paper should be arranged as title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, declaration of interest statement, references, appendices as appropriate, tables with captions, figures, and figure captions. Manuscript must include 3 to 6 keywords, a word count, a disclosure statement under the subheading "Disclosure of interest," and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used in the research and manuscript preparation process.
References References may be in any consistent scholarly citation style or format. References must include author name(s), journal or book title, article or chapter title, year of publication, volume and issue where appropriate, page numbers, and a corresponding in-text citation for every bibliographic entry.
