A structured abstract is required. The abstract must be structured.

Text must not exceed 3000 words, excluding the abstract, tables, figures, acknowledgments, references, and online-only material. The manuscript must include a study type and a structured abstract. The manuscript must include 3 Key Points and must include an AI disclosure in the Acknowledgment section if artificial intelligence assisted with writing or content creation.

The manuscript text must not exceed 3000 words, excluding abstract, tables, figures, acknowledgments, references, and online-only material. The manuscript must include Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions sections, with Introduction and Methods each 150-250 words, Results 1000-1250 words, Discussion approximately 1000 words, and Conclusions 2-3 sentences. The manuscript must include Key Points of no more than 100 words, a table rating the quality of the studies or evidence, a reproducible literature search description, and disclosure of any AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

Manuscript must include an Introduction of 150-250 words, may include a Methods section of 150-250 words, a Discussion/Observations section of 1000-1250 words, Conclusions of 2-3 sentences, and the subtitle "A Review." Narrative Reviews must not include Key Points and must include an AI disclosure in the manuscript if artificial intelligence or similar technologies assisted with content creation or manuscript preparation.
