Journal Of Clinical Immunology is an invitation-only journal. Submissions are accepted by invitation from the editorial board only. The following article types are accepted:

Original Article

Cover Letter An accompanying submission letter is required. The submission letter must state that all coauthors reviewed the manuscript and contributed in a substantive and intellectual manner, and it must mention any unpublished material included in the manuscript.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured as a single narrative paragraph with no subheadings or references.
Manuscript Manuscript text must not exceed 4,000 words excluding the abstract, tables, figure legends, and references. Manuscript should be ordered as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements, Authorship Contributions, Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest, References, Tables, Figure Legends, and Figures. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, Authorship Contributions, a Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest section, a Statements and Declarations section before the references, documentation of any large language model use in the Methods section or another suitable section, and a data availability statement.
References A limit of 100 references is recommended. References must use Vancouver style. Citations in the text must be numbered in square brackets and the reference list must contain only cited published or accepted works numbered consecutively.
Figures & Tables Submissions are limited to a total of 7 figures. Figures should be submitted within the body of the text unless file size causes upload problems. Tables and figures must be numbered with Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order, and figure captions must be included in the manuscript text file.

Figures & Tables Submissions are limited to a total of 7 figures. Figures should be submitted within the body of the text unless file size causes upload problems, and figure captions must be included in the manuscript text file. Figures must be supplied electronically as digital images and all figures and tables must be numbered with Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order.
