Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract must be 200 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 8,000 words inclusive of tables, references, and figure or table captions. Manuscript should be ordered as title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, declaration of interest statement, references, appendices as appropriate, tables with captions on individual pages, figures, and figure captions as a list. Manuscript must include 3 to 7 keywords and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used, or stating that it was not used.
References References must follow Council of Science Editors, Ninth Edition (CSE-9) author-date style. References must appear under the heading "References" at the end of the main text, include all cited works in alphabetical order by first author surname, use inverted author names with initials, and list the first author followed by "et al." when there are six or more authors.
Figures & Tables Tables with captions should appear on individual pages in the manuscript order, and figures and tables may be placed within the text or submitted as separate documents. Captions and figure titles must be supplied in the manuscript text rather than in image files, and tables must be supplied as editable files.
