Original Research Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A structured abstract is required for Original Research Articles. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured using the subheadings Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Abstract must include the headings Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Main text must not exceed 3,000 words, excluding the abstract and references. Main text should be divided into Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, and Discussion. Manuscript must include 2 to 5 keywords.
References Reference list must include no more than 30 references. References must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance, and in-text citations must use Arabic superscript numerals in consecutive order.
Figures & Tables A maximum of 6 figures and/or tables in total is permitted. Figures and tables may be included in the manuscript file or submitted as separate files. Figures and tables must have legends.
