OncoTargets and Therapy is an open access, peer-reviewed journal covering molecular diagnosis and targeted molecular precision therapy for all cancer types. It publishes research for clinicians, researchers, and medical oncologists, with emphasis on novel and existing therapies, clinical trial research, therapeutic targets, innovative agents, diagnostic and prognostic systems, and selected clinically focused case reports and study protocols. Submissions are subject to single-anonymous peer review, and meta-analyses require a pre-submission check.

Abstract Abstract must not exceed 300 words. Abstract must be unstructured and presented in one paragraph.
Manuscript Each major section of the manuscript should have a heading. Manuscript must include 3–6 keywords that do not repeat words in the title, and any AI use must be acknowledged in the paper.
References References must follow American Medical Association (AMA) style. References must be cited sequentially in the text, tables, and legends using superscript Arabic numerals after punctuation, listed numerically in citation order, use PubMed journal abbreviations, list all authors for six or fewer authors, list the first three followed by et al for more than six authors, and for Reviews the references should be relevant, fair, balanced, and not biased toward a particular research group, organization, or journal.
Figures & Tables Figures must be provided separate from the manuscript, while tables may be included in the manuscript or uploaded as separate editable files. Figures must not be pasted into the manuscript and tables must not be submitted as images.
